All licence class types include a GPP Report requirement, which is crucial. The report needs to outline the conditions for storage, as well as how and where cannabis and any other ingredients will be kept (temperature, humidity). For example, the storage process for materials that are in-process, in bulk, in containers, samples, and those that are pending disposal must be completely reported. The report includes a description of the facility that includes information on its surfaces, filtration and ventilation systems, air exchanges, water supply, lighting, sanitation, cleaning/maintenance, and other features. Additionally, visual proof must be provided, highlighting GPP characteristics of the building and
operational areas through photos, videos, and guided site visits.
