We can assist you with the following services for your retail fulfillment needs:

1. Notification of New Cannabis Product (NNCP) to Heath Canada/CTLS
   Health Canada requires NNCP’s submitted 60 days prior to selling your product. Submissions require product info plus images of product, packaging and labelling according to the parameters set out in the Health Canada regulations. We will gather the needed product info, manipulate imagery to correct standards and submit to the CTLS under the client’s account.
2. GS1 Image Production and Submission
   Retail sales through the Provinces require GTN’s produced from a GS1 account. We can upload the product info and imagery as per GS1 parameters into the client’s GS1 account.
3. Provincial Liaison for submissions and communication
   Provincial cannabis boards require one contact point for each Vendor and all have varying forms and protocols for submissions and fulfillment. We can assist with initial setup or continue with on going operations.
4. Direct Delivery Website Setup
   Website setup using WordPress and WooCommerce with product imagery and info loaded into the site. We can also offer email campaigns to retailers.
5. Inventory Tracking, Reporting and Internal Forms needing for reporting
   Producers must report weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (depending on the province) for provincial sales as well as reporting to the CRA and Health Canada monthly. We have developed a proprietary set of reporting forms for inventory and the various sales (bulk, provincial retail, direct delivery and flow through retail, medical) that we can setup for the client.
